  2. I like the raw look of unpainted concrete sleepers. For one, I am the type who really appreciates a certain look given by unpainted concrete. It is a very solid material and is pretty good at surviving the elements, provided it is seal coated. I just feel those concrete sleepers would perfectly compliment my home, as opposed to a fence for example.
